We saved the best for last - a trip to the Top of Europe - the highest point in the Alps. The Swiss somehow engineered their rail system to get trains up to the top. It was an amazing 1.5 hours journey. At the top is a complex with observation decks, an ice palace with ice sculptures, restaurants, and other activities. On a clear day, you can literally see for miles. Our day started out a bit cloudy, but cleared as time went by. The views were absolutely incredible.
On the way up, in Kleine Scheidegg, there was a group of teepees. It was odd seeing them in the Alps.
